Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Please note that damaged products will not be eligible for refunds.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that 100% refund will be given only when the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty
Please be aware that our products do not come with a warranty as electronic products do not have enclosures. Lithium ion cells also do not come with warranty. Ensure that the cells are working well upon reception.
